Three Things For Teachers

Back Massage

Adjustments, Massage, Muscle Therapy...all for you!

Getting through the last day of school is a feat to be congratulated! You may find yourself with some built up stress and tension in your neck and shoulders as you attempt to relax during the first week of summer. Take these next several weeks to correct any subluxations in your spine.

A subluxated (misaligned) spine is much like a misaligned wheel on an automobile. This misalignment will cause the spine (and the wheel) to wear out prematurely. Since all moving parts will eventually wear down over time, it is very important to get the spine aligned periodically. Chiropractic care decreases spinal degeneration and other arthritic changes by normalizing the spinal alignment and reducing spinal stress.

When you take care of as many school teachers as we do, you get to know the specifics of what their bodies need. Adjustments to the spinal system, muscular rehab to reduce spasm and trigger points and relaxing massage therapy are all available to the patients who need them. Teachers are typically in need of all three. If you know a teacher who needs to take better care of herself, forward this message to her. I look forward to helping them get well this summer so they can be their best self on the first day back to school.
